Any contradictory statements made by a Leopox representative, whether verbally or in writing, will not alter or override these terms unless explicitly stated in an official amendment.
• Legal Validity If any provision of this agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that particular provision will be considered severable from the agreement and will not impact the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms. Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. Leopox reserves the right to enforce terms at any point in the future.

PRICING

We are committed to fair, transparent, and competitive pricing for all our products.

• Pricing Structure All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in raw material costs, production expenses, demand, or other business considerations. The price at the time of purchase will be honored even if the price changes after your order is placed.
• Discounts & Promotional Offers Leopox may offer seasonal discounts, promotional coupons, and bundle offers from time to time. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Certain products may be excluded from discounts due to their premium nature.
• Errors in Pricing While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur due to technical glitches, manual errors, or system issues. If an incorrect price is displayed:

• Customized & Personalized T-Shirts Leopox offers customization services for personalized designs, logos, and text-based prints. Important: Customized products are non-returnable unless there is a mistake in the design or color caused by our team. Ensure all design specifications are correct before confirming your order.
• Sizing & Fit Customers are advised to refer to the size chart before purchasing. Returns or store credit will not be provided for sizing issues unless an incorrect size was sent by mistake.
• Quality Assurance All products go through a rigorous quality check before dispatch. In case of defective or incorrect items, refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for resolution.

REPORT PRICING
